Ireland falling credit ratings
Ireland

economic problems seem to have worsened, with debt reduction credit insurers. This comes after the Irish government has put the banks on the surface of the earth after the escalation of the problem since 2009, and has led to financial analysts believe that the second highest risk countries in Europe, after Greece.

Standard & Poor reduction of the national credit rating of AA + means that Ireland will face higher repayments of debts, but what does this mean for Irish consumers? It is reported that the sales figures fell in the high street stores, as well as prudent citizens expect the details of the new state budget plan before parting with your hard earned money.

spending index fell two and a half years, a high 67.9 to 52.4 percent, the confidence in the economy has been shaken by news that the financial misery dominated lately.
Bank of Ireland is probably another major wave of public funds, Finance Minister Brian Lenihan shows 46000000000 € would generally need to Allied Irish Bank nationalization needs.

credit unions in the country felt “under-provisioning by 40 percent, according to financial regulators, which negatively affect consumer <rel =" nofollow "onclick =" _gaq.push (["href ="http://www.creditexpert.co.uk/credit-rating.aspx"> credit rating and have a long-term effects on lending.

Not all debt management agree to a reduction in credit Ireland However, the management of State Treasury Agency specifically spoke against the move, which is considered to be based on estimates of the extreme costs do not reflect the actual situation. However, the negative outlook that S & P downgrade of Ireland together also means that further deterioration would be inevitable in future years, as the country faces a growing challenge to support financial institutions.

government expects 90000000000 € generally expected the banking system, which is an increase from previous estimates of 80 billion euros, which could make all more difficult for banks to support without state guarantees, and the crisis has refused to implement. This new capital injection will insist on a current debt of Ireland to 113 percent of GDP in 2012 -. more than 1.5 times the median of other European countries

With the current Ireland AA rating is the fourth-largest investment grade, the country is likely to call for more international aid for the struggling economy out of recession.

Reward: Flint and the right to live amongst the ruins.

Immunity Challenge: Using their canoes, the tribes would paddle out to buoys in the lake to retrieve a torch hung from each buoy. Racing back to shore, four members would run to the top of the hill and begin hauling up the canoe with a rope. The remaining tribe members would rotate logs underneath the canoe, allowing it to roll up the hill, much like the technique the Maya used to move large items. Once the canoe passed a finish line, each tribe’s remaining member would run to the top of the hill with the torch and light the victory cauldron. First tribe to light the cauldron wins Immunity. Should Yaxha win the challenge, they would receive their flint.

The sixteen new castaways learned upon arriving in the Guatemalan jungle that they would be joined by Bobby Jon Drinkard and Stephenie LaGrossa from Survivor: Palau as they will also compete in the season (though on opposing teams, not as teammates as before). They were also told that their first challenge would be an 11-mile (18 km) hike to a campsite near some Mayan ruins. After a grueling overnight hike, Bobby Jon’s Nakum tribe narrowly defeated Stephenie’s Yaxha tribe, giving them the right to live adjacently to the Mayan ruins, as the losing Yaxha moved on to a less desirable campsite where they have to make their own shelter. Though victorious at their first challenge, the long hike left most of the Nakum men cramped and in bad condition (Bobby Jon collapsed, Blake injured by barbed plant and sick, Jim and Judd endlessly vomiting, while Brandon was left unscathed), though medical practitioner Margaret tried to nurse them back to health. In their inaugural immunity challenge, the fatigue of the Nakum men hampered their performance, leading Yaxha to their first victory. Back at Nakum camp, Jim (the oldest of the Nakum males) revealed that he tore his bicep during the challenge, causing a tribe decision to eliminate one of the ailing men. In the end, Nakum deemed Jim was the most injured, and was unanimously voted out, 8-1.

Episode 2: “Man Down”

Reward Challenge: One at a time, the Survivors must sprint up a ramp, over a net run to a giant rope web, where they must climb underneath it and gather hanging bags. After untying a bag, they must drop into the water and race with their bag back to the start, where the next person would be waiting to leave. Each tribe member must attempt to get a bag once.

Reward: Fishing supplies

Immunity Challenge: Tribes were to be tethered to ropes in a pit of mud. The first tribe to drag the other to their side of the mud pit and grab a flag would win that round. The first tribe with three flags would win Immunity. Should in fifteen minutes, no tribe had reached a flag, the challenge will be modified in one-on-one match-ups.

At Nakum, Bobby Jon felt disappointment for losing the first immunity challenge, fearing that his Palau losing streak might happen again, while Blake’s sickness grew worse. At Yaxha, Gary decided not to divulge his past as a former NFL quarterback, fearing that Yaxha might brand him as a threat or deem him as already wealthy; and as a solution, he introduced himself as Gary Hawkins and claimed that he works as a landscaper (actually his current job after retiring from American football). At the reward challenge, sickly Blake managed to narrowly outran Brian, winning fishing supplies for Nakum. After losing the challenge, Yaxha found themselves desperately finding for food, having reduced to eat ants, grasshoppers and minnows. While at Nakum, Blake’s health condition turned for the worse as he started to hyperventilate, annoying Judd. At the immunity challenge, the tribes found themselves in a stalemate situation, causing Jeff Probst to resort in conducting one-on-one bouts. While Judd and Gary’s match are ongoing, Danni (a sportscaster by profession) recognized Gary as the former quarterback Gary Hogeboom and revealed it to everyone else, giving Judd time to outsmart Gary, giving Nakum their first point. Two rounds later, Nakum remained undefeated, thus winning their first immunity challenge. Back at Yaxha camp, Jamie felt threatened by Stephenie, planned to vote her out, though Gary wanted to vote either Lydia (for being the weakest) or Morgan (for being lazy at camp). Later on, Brian turned on Gary about Danni’s revelation during the challenge, but he quickly denied the allegations. Brian later plead to Gary that they never lost a challenge because of Lydia’s weakness and admitted that Lydia was more valuable for her work ethic and campaigned for Morgan to go instead for not doing much at camp, despite her athleticism in challenges. In the end, Brian’s plan to save Lydia worked, and Morgan was voted out 8-1.

Episode 3: “The Brave May Not Live Long, but the Cautious Don’t Live at All”

Reward Challenge: Scattered around the challenge grounds are materials needed to construct an archeological tent. One sighted castaway must instruct his/her tribemates (blindfolded and tethered in pairs). After collecting all pieces, blindfolds can be removed and the tribe must assemble the tent. After assembling, the tribe must go back to their tribe mat. First to finish would win.

Reward: Pillows, blankets and tarp

Immunity Challenge: Castaways will be competing in an elevated net court with two hoops for both tribes. Tribes must face off in randomly selected threesomes, race to the ball thrown in the center, and then pass the ball to each other in an attempt to move within shooting distance of their hoops. If a player holds the ball, he/she cannot walk and must pass it to a tribemate (violating this will force the person tribe to hand the ball to the other tribe)The first tribe to throw the ball through a hoop would score for their tribe. The first tribe to score five points would win Immunity.

At Yaxha, Brian congratulated himself about his plan of blindsiding Morgan at the last Tribal Council. The next day at Nakum, zookeeper Cindy was fascinated about the howler monkeys waking them up every morning, but the loud noises left Judd aggravated. During the reward challenge, Yaxha collected their pieces first, but quickly stumbled as they build their tent, giving way to Nakum’s third consecutive win. Back at camp, Yaxha started to be fed up with their usual corn mush meal, resorting to Gary and Rafe scouring for termites. Back at Nakum, Judd and Bobby Jon complained about Margaret’s bossiness about modifying their shelter. During the immunity challenge, Stephenie got angry when she noticed Brianna inactive during their round and decided to pass the ball to an open Lydia, but Lydia walked with the ball (a breach in the challenge rules), forcing them to give the ball to Nakum. In the final round, Danni shot it in the hoop, giving Nakum another victory. Back at Yaxha, a limping Amy confessed that she sprained her ankle during the challenge, but assured everyone that she was fine. Jamie, also fuming about Brianna’s dismal challenge performance, campaigned for her ouster, while Brianna talked to Stephenie about targeting Lydia. In the end, the tribe agreed that Brianna is a liability, and she was next to go in a 7-1 vote.

Episode 4: To Betray, or Not to Betray

At the Reward Challenge, the tribes were reshuffled; Brooke, Cindy, Judd, Margaret, Lydia, Stephenie, Rafe and Jamie were the new Nakm and Amy, Brian, Gary, Danni, Brandon, Blake and Bobby Jon were the new Yaxh. After the new Yaxh tribe won the Immunity Challenge, Judd betrayed his original Nakm teammates and helped to vote Brooke out (5-3).

Episode 5: Crocs, Cowboys and City Slickers

At the Reward Challenge, Yaxh won chips, drinks and a crocodile-proof swimming cage. Nakm won immunity and Blake was voted out as a result of his cocky attitude, (5-2).

Episode 6: Big Balls, Big Mouth, Big Trouble

Nakm won their second challenge in a row, and it was revealed that both tribes would be attending Tribal Council. As part of their reward, Nakm competed in an individual Immunity Challenge, which was won by Rafe. He was also able to watch part of the Yaxh tribal council. Margaret, due to personality conflicts, was voted out of Nakm (6-1), and Yaxh voted out Brian (5-1), perceiving him to be untrustworthy.

Episode 7: Surprise Enemy Visit

Yaxh won the reward of a jungle canopy zipline ride, then invited Nakm to camp for Danni’s birthday. They swam together in the croc-proof cage. Nakm won the Immunity Challenge, and with Amy still suffering from an ankle injury that she had sustained days ago, Yaxh decided it was best to vote her out (4-1). After the vote, the four remaining Yaxh moved to the Nakm camp for the merger.

Episode 8: The Hidden Immunity Idol

It was revealed that there was a Hidden Immunity Idol located near the camp of the new Xhakm tribe (formerly of Nakm). The tribes merged into one and took the name Xhakm. At the Challenge, Jeff explained that it would be both for Reward and Immunity. However, only those who didn’t feel they needed immunity would partake in the food reward while the others competed for immunity. Gary ended up winning the individual immunity, in effect saving himself because the former Nakm members (Stephenie, Jamie, Judd, Rafe, Lydia and Cindy) decided to stick together and had been targeting Gary. With Gary immune from the vote, Bobby Jon was now on the chopping block, but Stephenie convinced her allies to keep him in the game, allowing him to at least make the Jury. Instead, Brandon, arguably the strongest player of the remaining Yaxh members, was ousted (6-4).

Episode 9: Secret and Lies and an Idol Surprise

Gary found the Hidden Immunity Idol. Judd won reward (shared with Bobby Jon and Stephenie), and Jamie won immunity. Gary, targeted for elimination by the dominant Nakm alliance, surprised the tribe with the Idol at Tribal Council. With Gary safe from the vote once again, Bobby Jon was voted out instead (6-2-1) and became the first member of the Jury. He lasted three days longer than he did on Survivor: Palau.

Episode 10: Eating and Sleeping With the Enemy

At the very messy reward challenge, the team of Danni, Gary, Stephenie and Judd won a night away from camp and videos from home. After Rafe won Immunity, Jamie became increasingly paranoid about being voted out; Jamie wasn’t originally the intended target that night, but his paranoia ended up annoying everyone else to the point where they made his worst nightmare come true, voting him out (6-2).

Episode 11: Everything Is Personal

Cindy won the reward challenge, and took Rafe with her on a reward of a feast, waterfall pool and massage. Rafe won Immunity again, and at Tribal Council, the Nakm alliance finally succeeded in eliminating Gary (6-1).

Danni won an Immunity Challenge advantage, and Judd’s wife, Cindy’s twin sister and Stephenie’s boyfriend were permitted to stay overnight at camp. As a result of her advantage, Danni won the Immunity Challenge. Safe with immunity, Danni also succeeded in turning the game around for herself by convincing Stephenie, Rafe and Lydia that Judd was untrustworthy and too much of a threat to keep around. In a (4-2) vote, Judd was sent packing, but not before uttering a parting shot to the remaining contestants, quote “Bye, guys. Hope you all get bit by a freakin’ crocodile. Scumbags.”

Episode 13: Big Win, Big Decision, Big Mistake?

After winning the Reward Challenge, Cindy was given the option of keeping her newly won 2006 Pontiac Torrent or giving one to each of the other remaining contestants. Cindy chose to keep the car, a decision which upset Rafe in particular. After Stephenie won Immunity, Rafe successfully lobbied to get Cindy voted out (4-1).

Episode 14: Thunder Storm & Sarcrifice

In the final four, Rafe won his fourth individual immunity, and Lydia was voted out as a result of her popularity with the jury (3-1). After a two hour, 38 minute challenge, Danni won the final immunity challenge. She chose to vote out Rafe, because she felt she would have a better chance in the final two against Stephenie. (1-0). At the live reunion and finale, it was revealed that Danni beat Stephenie in a (6-1) vote. Stephenie had lasted 9 days longer than she did on Survivor: Palau.

In the case of multiple tribes or castaways who win reward or immunity, they are listed in order of finish, or alphabetically where it was a team effort; where one castaway won and invited others, the invitees are in brackets.

^1 There was no reward challenge due to tribal switch.

^2 Rafe was given a chance to award individual immunity to one member of Yaxha, where he chose Gary.

^3 There was no Reward Challenge due to tribal merge.

Episode 1: “Big Trek, Big Trouble, Big Surprise”

Reward Challenge: Tribes must through the jungles of Guatemala in an 11-mile trek. Bringing their belongings and some heavy supplies, they must locate an authentic Mayan pyramid at the end of the course. The first team to reach the pyramid wins.

What are average credit scores? This is a question which is often asked by consumers. Unfortunately, there are no easy answers. In its publication, “Understanding Your FICO Score,” Fair Isaac, the creator of credit scoring and the provider of credit scores to the three main credit bureaus, states that the average score varying by lender and industry. The inventor of credit scores says that there is no such thing as average scores. However, the myth persists and people in the lending business and others continue to speak of average credit scores.

Credit scores, commonly referred to as FICO scores, range from 300 to 900 points. Creditors use the scores as a snapshot of an applicant’s creditworthiness at any given moment in time. Generally, people with ratings below 620 will have a difficult time getting credit and if they are able to secure credit, they will receive the least favorable terms and conditions.

At the other end, people with credit scores at 700 or higher can expect to receive competitive terms and conditions and are in a position to negotiate terms and conditions which those with scores below 620 can only dream about.

In an article in the March 26, 2007 edition of Newsweek Magazine titled “Buying With Bad Credit,” Jennifer Orodonez noted that “Americans whose credit score is between 500 and 599 (read: not so good) and who not long ago might have qualified” for some types of loans are in the present economic downturn almost certain not to be able to secure credit.

One Internet source states that credit scores between 620 and 650 are average credit scores and that lenders will most likely scrutinize those individuals but still extend credit to them, though not on the best terms and conditions.

Experian on its website states that the average credit score for Americans is 693. Thus, a good score seems to be between 620 and 693 and an excellent score is 700 or above.
